Pinkham Equine Ltd – Terms and Conditions

By registering with Pinkham Equine Ltd (T/A Pinkham Equine Veterinary Services), by receiving advice about your horse or having your horse attended to by any employee, member, or associate of Pinkham Equine Ltd you agree that you are a client of Pinkham Equine Ltd and that you are bound by the following terms and conditions:

Pinkham Equine Ltd is registered for VAT which will be charged on all services and products sold by Pinkham Equine Ltd.

Settlement Terms:

Payment is due within 14 days of the date of the invoice, except registered business clients who have 30 days to make payment. Interest will be charged at a rate of 2.5 % per month on invoices that remain unpaid after 1 month of the date of the invoice. Such interest will accrue monthly until such time that the overdue account and any interest payments are paid in full. If accounts remain unpaid after 2 months the account will be referred to a third-party debt agency or the County Court. The 13% third-party agency fee, plus any court and collection fees will be the responsibility of the client.


Any insurance agreement is between you and the insurance company. The settlement terms apply in all instances unless prior arrangement has been made with Pinkham Equine Ltd. As such, to avoid any interest charges, it is possible that payment by the client to Pinkham Equine Ltd may be required prior to the client receiving payment from the insurance company. Non – payment or delayed payment by an insurance company is not the responsibility of Pinkham Equine Ltd and payment of the full account by the client will be expected in line with the agreed settlement terms.


All animals treated by Pinkham Equine Ltd must have passports. These should be available for inspection and should be signed by the owner to confirm that the animal is not intended for human consumption. If you do not have a passport or the animal is intended for human consumption it is your responsibility to inform the treating veterinarian prior to any treatment being carried out.

Limitation of Liability:

Any claim made by a client against Pinkham Equine Ltd or any of its employees shall be limited in amount to

£500,000 per claim including any cost incurred by the claimant. All claims, whether made by one or more clients or by a third party, arising from the same act or omissions, shall be regarded as one claim. For the avoidance of doubt, this limitation of liability shall apply to any claim for negligence, breach of contract, breach of trust or any other liability whatsoever.

Variation of Terms and Conditions:

No variation of these terms and conditions will be accepted unless a written agreement is made between Pinkham Equine Ltd and the client.
